Dr. Russell is always willing to add a little action in the plays he directs, so they showed the chaos developing in the wood with a fairy fight. Blaise is in the center of the fight and Monica is also a fairy. On opening night Grandma was in attendance. When Blaise got (stage) slapped, she gasped loudly. The kids on stage heard it and were very pleased.
The Campion Players presented their final performance of Macbeth today. It was a magnificent production, for any acting company, but these are middle and high schoolers memorizing and acting out some of the most eloquent lines ever penned. I am grateful my children were part of it!
