Dorthy, the Good Witch, the Wicked Witch of the West, a very cute Monkey, and a darling Parrot went trick or treating. The monkey wasn't too sure about the whole thing till a few houses in when he realized the deal was about getting candy. The parrot never really saw the point of tramping around in the dark and cold after bedtime.
So much to be thankful for, especially the upcoming nuptials of Monica and Inshal. (Known as 'Inshonica' among their sibs.) The Chenets visited for Thanksgiving and our families had a marvelous time together. We're already blessed in so many ways by this union.

Dominic loves football. He is wrapping up his third year playing with the Ann Arbor Saints. It's a huge time commitment and we sacrifice family dinners most nights during the season. We live too far away to drop off and pick up, I drive him and stay, run local errands, or often, the girls and I will walk around Domino's Farms. The girls help me with concessions and other jobs at our home games. It's a happy time, as well a super busy one.
This year Dominic played guard as he has other years, but also was put in at tight end and scored his first touchdown! It's been an amazing season. touchdown!!!

Ladies and Gentlemen, your 2017 Varsity Ann Arbor Saints!
For the first time in 10 years we have only THREE children in St. Augustine's Homeschool Enrichment Program! It was a beautiful first day. Regina ~ Upper III (high school junior), Dominic ~ Upper I (high school freshmen), Maria ~ Middle I (7th grade)
At Wyoming Catholic College the students take a trip to Salt Lake City to the ballet or opera. They dress up and pair off with dates. Fun. This year they attended the ballet and Monica went with her pumpkin head from Halloween, Inshal. They clean up real nice! Happy 20th Birthday Monica!
During the crazy, busy fall some of my most peaceful, happy moments were my walks around Domino's Farms during football and volleyball practices. Sometimes alone, sometimes with my girls. We made some good friends on that 3 mile walk around the complex. I'll miss these guys when the season is over. We always joke about playing a ring toss game with them.
