Back in the day I did awesome birthday parties for the older children, straight out of Family Fun magazine. It didn't take many children for me to realize that I could not maintain that level of celebratory awesomeness. We continue to celebrate with family parties of course, but I was living in fear that the middle and younger kids would one day discover pictures of our old birthdays and know they were being gypped. So we decided that we would do one big friend party each year, rotating through the kids. This year was Regina's 13th and her turn for a party!
One of the special things about turning 13 is that you get to have your ears pierced.
For her birthday party theme Regina chose Frozen in July
the cake, done mostly by Alex and Dominic (who knew?)
Lily came early to help, here they are filling the treat bags
Regina and friends. These girls are delightful!
Opening gifts. You can see the girls playing with the glitter silly putty they made... blue of course.
the wonderful big sisters who came to help
A sweet Elsa and Anna card made by Ana :)
So much fun!
