Last Christmas, Kevin's brother Bill and his wife Roxanne, gave us a family pass to the Historic Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village. We visited on Mother's Day. The nice thing about having a pass is that you can look slowly, you don't feel pressured to see it all at once.
We saw Henry Ford's home and machine shop. Edison's workshop, the Wright Brothers home and bicycle shop, let the kids ride several times on the 100 year old carousel and spent a small fortune on frozen custards. The good part about only seeing small sections at a time is that you can go home and make it your school subjects for the week. Inventions and inventors. Very cool.
