but how am I going to clothe all these children without thrift store clothing? A new law goes into effect in February that will make it impossible for small businesses, including resale stores, to sell ANY products for children. It's an absurd case of our government interfering in a family's choices under the guise of 'helping'.
Budget stretched families will be terribly hurt by this law, and the ramifications go farther as businesses who can't afford to comply with the guidelines close up shop. I shudder to think what it will mean for all the cottage industries who provide such fabulous resources for homeschoolers.
I agree! My girls and I have a monthly date to the thrift store. This doesn't seem right.
