Arranged marriages sound like a good idea from a mom's point of view. But I'm guessing that free will thing and having a mind of one's own might be an obstacle to arranged marriages. Maybe a more balanced approach might be one like this at Unam Sanctam Catholicam.

Thanks for the link Bridget. This is a really good article. My kids are not old enough for me to be worrying about this yet - but never too early to be prepared! Talking about arranged marriages - if your neck of the woods were not so cold, I think I would have moved closer to you - your kids seem to be wonderful!!! Have you ever considered living in VA?!!!!!
