All my years as a mom of littles I was warned by well meaning people in the grocery store to enjoy them while I could because when they got to adolescence they would be miserable. So far they are not miserable people and do not make us miserable. In fact they are fun, hardworking, good conversationalists and good friends to each other and the rest of the family. When they are gone, we all miss them and are anxious for their return.
Recently Kevin J. and some of his friends decided to begin an Inklings group to share their writings. They are very much into the 'Oxford look' they call it, tweeds and plaids. (I think they might prefer armor and medieval weaponry, but you really can't get away with walking around in that kind of get up.) We found Kevin J. a nice tweed jacket and he wears the family tartan tie with it and the gent's cap. Very dapper. Very Oxford. I am just waiting for him to start smoking a pipe.
At the English Country Dance, Kevin flanked by Ethan and Chris. Do they not look incredibly handsome?
What a great idea, an Inklings group, just brilliant!
