When we have a sacrament party, I always worry that no one will come.
Or there won't be enough food. (The lasagnas I cooked for 100 could have fed 200.)
Or guests won't have a good time. (The grown ups visited for so long, we went through a case of beer and maybe a dozen pots of coffee.)
Playing 'Capture the Flag'. And football. And basketball. (A huge crowd of boys played for hours, coming in occasionally to eat, filling the house with their energy, then going back out again.)
Holding babies.
Entertaining the little kids.
Playing basketball with Father G.
Counting our blessings. (We joke that it's a good party if small children cry when it's time for them to leave. It was a good party. Several cried, including mine when friends had to leave.)
What a wonderfully AWESOME day, Bridget. Thanks for sharing.

That looks like a lot of fun! Thank you for the pic of my dad-I haven't "seen" him since the surgery...it made me feel good to see him here!

LOL! "That no one will come." LOL! Yeah, right. The best parties are those with an over-abundance of food! As long as there is tons of food on the table, everyone will have a GREAT time! (Why? who knows. That's just how it is!)
Hostess Extraordinaire! Congratulations!
