Sorry to burst your bubble. That is not Bergoglio but Cardinal Lara, who died in 2007.
Note that this has to do with the promulgation of the 1983 Code of Canon Law, while Bergoglio was consecrated a bishop in 1992, therefore it would be impossible for him to be there in such dress.

Wonderful picture! It's too bad it's not Francis but as they say two out of three ain't bad :-)
I compiled some Pictures of Pope Benedict XVI for Amazon Kindle and it's gratia on Good Friday.
All three popes are actually in the book but sadly not together!
